                                           Internal report

To:                                   Mr. Nordhoff, CEO
From:                             Inspection Department

In-house extension:     264

After Mr. Schick and I revisited the Hebmuller factory, we once again found that the quality of workmanship of Hebmuller was poor and that we could hardly offer such a product to the convertible clientele. I am of the opinion that we should start producing the convertible in- house as soon as possible if we want to avoid difficulties with our dealers and our customers. The staff currently employed at Hebmüller does not have the necessary technical training to manufacture a convertible which meets our standards.

You will find enclosed a complaint report regarding a convertible which was demonstrated to us here.
